Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Hardik Singh, an independent developer building AI chatbots and automation systems for businesses. You can reach me at hardik@hardiksingh.org.
The short version
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking pixels.
- The only personal information collected is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email.
- Your information is used to reply to you and prepare a proposal. It is never sold.
Information you give me
When you submit the contact form, you send me your name, email address, business name or website, business type and message. If you email me or message me on WhatsApp, I receive whatever you include there.
I use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo call, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver and support the service.
Information stored on your device
If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and is not sent to me.
Third-party services
Like most websites, this site relies on a few outside services. Loading a page from them means they receive your IP address and basic browser information as part of a normal web request:
- GitHub Pages hosts the website and may keep standard server logs.
- Formspree processes contact form submissions and forwards them to my email. Submissions are stored on their servers.
- Google Fonts and Fontshare serve the typefaces.
- jsDelivr serves the animation library used on desktop.
- WhatsApp handles any conversation you start through the WhatsApp button. Their own privacy policy applies.
The live demo
The live demo linked from this site is a separate demonstration application. Please do not enter real personal, medical, legal or financial information into it.
Client projects
When I build an AI agent for your business, the handling of your customers’ data is covered by the written agreement for that project, not by this policy.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the UK, EU, Australia, Canada and several US states, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to object to how it is used. Email hardik@hardiksingh.org and I will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
