Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of this website and, unless a signed proposal or agreement says otherwise, any project we work on together. The service is provided by Hardik Singh (“I”, “me”). Contact: hardik@hardiksingh.org.

1. Services

I design, build, integrate and maintain custom AI agents, chatbots and automation systems for businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in a written proposal. If anything in a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.

2. Pricing and payment

Pricing depends on your requirements, number of locations and integrations. Projects start from $1,500. Ongoing maintenance, updates and optimisation are billed as a monthly fee. Payment schedules and amounts are listed in your proposal. Work may pause if invoices are overdue.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, up-to-date business information for the AI agent to use.
• Review the agent before it goes live and tell me about anything that needs correcting.
• Make sure your use of the agent complies with the laws and professional rules of your industry and location, including privacy, consumer protection, healthcare and legal-advertising rules.
• Provide the access needed for integrations, such as your calendar, CRM or messaging accounts.

4. Limits of AI

AI systems can occasionally give incomplete or incorrect answers. Agents I build are configured to escalate questions they cannot answer, but they are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice, and they should not be the only way customers can reach you in an emergency. You remain responsible for the information your business provides to customers.

5. Third-party services

Agents rely on third-party platforms such as AI model providers, calendars, CRMs and SMS services. I am not responsible for their outages, pricing changes or changes to their terms, though I will help you work around them as part of ongoing support.

6. Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the business content and configuration created specifically for you. I keep ownership of my pre-existing tools, code, templates and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your system.

7. Confidentiality

I treat your business information and your customers’ data as confidential and use it only to deliver the service.

8. Cancellation

Monthly support can be cancelled with the notice period stated in your proposal. Fees for work already completed are not refundable unless your proposal says otherwise.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid me for that project in the three months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

10. Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information. The live demo is a demonstration only. Please don’t attempt to disrupt or misuse the site or demo.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

12. Changes

I may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page with its date.
